UN: Kenya, Uganda to blame for South Sudan stalemate

The East African (Kenya) reported that the United Nations has criticised Kenya and Uganda for failing to fully implement the Revitalised Peace Agreement in South Sudan, noting that the terms of the agreement had been violated, notably regarding security arrangements and asset freezing sanctions.
