Sudan’s parties to initial agreement on constitutional declaration on Sunday

In Sudan, the ruling Transitional Military Council and opposition coalition, Forces for Freedom and Change (FFC) have signed a constitutional declaration outlining the structure of a planned three-year transition to civilian rule.
