The Mo Ibrahim Foundation congratulates Arancha González for her appointment to the role of foreign minister for Spain.
We are grateful to Arancha for her time and contribution to key Foundation initiatives and her important voice in governance discussions. She has been since the beginning a key friend and supporter of the Foundation, and played a critical role in the development of the Ibrahim Index of African Governance as a member of the Advisory Council. She also provided firm mentorship to young aspiring Africans via the Ibrahim Leadership Fellowships.
