Aicha Bah Diallo, MIF Prize Committee member recently delivered the keynote address at the African and French Academies of Sciences in Dar es Salaam. She spoke on Development and Women: What can Africa do differently by 2030.
In her speech she spoke about the work of the Foundation: the Ibrahim Index of African Governance (IIAG) and the Ibrahim Prize, with specific focus on the recent announcement of the 2017 Ibrahim Laureate, H.E. Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, former President of Liberia.
