Tabitha Namulinda

Tabitha Namulinda is an international trade lawyer and an enrolled advocate working with Uganda's Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She has been a negotiator in Geneva, Switzerland, representing Uganda in trade negotiations at the World Trade Organization.

Tabitha was the focal point for the Least Developed Countries (LDC) Consultative Group. She led the group to initiate a process for review of the operation of notified preferences under the WTO LDCs services waiver, which aims to increase the participation of the LDCs in services trade. She strongly believes that trade should work for everyone to unlock prosperity for all.

Tabitha holds a master's degree in International Trade Law from the University of Cape Town, a master's degree in Contemporary Diplomacy (Internet Governance) with Distinction from the University of Malta, and a master's degree in Public Administration from the University of York. She also holds a bachelor's degree (Hons) in Law from Makerere University.
