A policy advisor with focus on gender and development with extensive partnership development experience. She has established strong linkages with, and liaised between, governments, international organisations, research institutions, local businesses and civil society, by organising networks in the Middle East, Africa, South America, South Asia and Europe.
Ayari is a Chief Technical Advisor at the International Labour Organization. She has previously worked with organisations such as the International Trade Centre, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the World Economic Forum (WEF) and various NGOs.
