Phillippe Gafishi

Philippe Gafishi is a professional statistician and Inter-Regional Adviser at the Partnership in Statistics for Development in the 21st Century (PARIS21). He supports low and middle-income countries and regions across the globe to strengthen capacity development of statistical systems. Philippe was Director of the Rwanda national statistics office and worked with several international organisations to support statistical reform and capacity building in several countries. He has over 25 years’ experience and in-depth knowledge of country statistical systems in Africa.
