Senior Private Sector Development Officer African Development Bank (AfDB)

Ma Soukha is a Senior Private Sector Development Officer in the Industrial and Trade Development department of the African Development Bank (AfDB). She was a consultant in the Trade and Competitiveness Global Practice of the World Bank, where she worked with both private sector and government on developing projects on tourism, trade and enterprise development, investment climate reforms, and disaster risk management.

Ma Soukha holds an MA in Economics from McGill University and a Postgraduate certificate in Development strategy and Governance from the University of Bradford. She is also a member of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation’s Now Generation Network (NGN).
