Mo Ibrahim delivered an open lecture, followed by a Q&A session, at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London. The session, chaired by Professor Christopher Cramer, was part of the Governance for Development in Africa (GDiA) programme, run by the Centre of African Studies at SOAS in collaboration with the Mo Ibrahim Foundation.
Commenting on the mission of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation, Mo said:
When Africans hug the concept of governance… we have arrived.
