Mo joins German's Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, Gerd Müller in spreading the message of the Berlin Charter

Following The Future of the Rural World – Innovation-Youth-Employment Conference that took place from 27-28 April, Gerd Muller, Germany’s Federal Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development, joined by other global leaders in politics and business, is spreading the message of the Berlin Charter.

The Berlin Charter was handed to leaders at the conference, including Mo Ibrahim, by young young people and provides a clear picture of what needs to be done for a world without hunger. It represents a commission to policymakers, the business community, civil society and the young generation, to develop rural areas in a way that they will not only be able to feed the growing population but will also be able to provide new jobs and a better future for young people.
