Carl Manlan, 2014 Ibrahim Fellow in the Office of the Executive Secretary of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa (UNECA), has been appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Ecobank Foundation, effective 2 May 2016.
Carl recently served as the first Executive Secretary of the Africa against Ebola Solidarity Trust, which was set up to harness African financial resources to support the African Union in providing assistance to the countries affected by the Ebola Outbreak in West Africa.
